FRENCH PHARMACEUTICAL IPSEN SIGNS LICENSING AGREEMENT WITH ROCHE

France's fourth largest pharmaceutical company by sales, Wednesday said it signed a licensing agreement with Swiss drugmaker Roche Holding AG for its diabetic treatment BIM 51077, which could net the company up to EUR229 million, excluding royalties.
