AIIMS TYPHOID VACCINE SET FOR COMMERCIAL STREAK

Mumbai-based USV Ltd, engaged in biotherapeutics, is all set to commercialise a new conjugate typhoid vaccine developed by a team of scientists at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi. Funded by the department of biotechnology (DBT), the product has been licensed to USV which already has products such as nesiritide, interferons, erythropoietin, etc in its pipeline.
