Bristol-Myers to Sell Remaining Bufferin, Excedrin Assets

Bristol-Myers Squibb Co. agreed to sell its Bufferin and Excedrin brands in Japan, Asia (excluding China and Taiwan) and certain Oceanic countries to Japan’s Lion Corp. for about $250 million.
