Actavis Launches Griseofulvin Oral Suspension in the U.S.

Actavis announced the launch of griseofulvin oral suspension 125 mg/5 mL for fungal infections in the U.S.

According to Actavis, griseofulvin oral suspension is the generic equivalent of Ortho-McNeil’s Grifulvin.

Griseofulvin is indicated for the treatment of fungal infections of the skin, fingernails and toenails, the company added.
