Registration Office President to Rule Independently on Drug Registration

The President of the Office for the Registration of Medicinal Products, Medical Devices and Biocides (URPL) will became a body of first instance with the power to issue drug registration decisions, pursuant to the draft Act on the President of the URPL, which was recently released for public consultation.
