Smith & Nephew Reviews U.S. Options

Smith & Nephew, a British-based maker of orthopedic replacements, said Tuesday that manufacturing now based in Florida will be relocated or outsourced in the next two years because of cost concerns. It gave no details about the number of jobs to be cut.
