SonoSite Expands Patent Fight Against GE

A Seattle-area company that produces handheld ultrasound products has expanded its patent lawsuit fight with General Electric Co. in a Wisconsin court. In July, the Bothell, Wash., maker of hand-carried ultrasound machines filed a counterlawsuit after GE sued SonoSite in May, alleging that SonoSite ultrasound products infringed on GE products.
