Medtronic Pitches Spinal Disc Repair to Hispanics

Spanish-speaking workers in physically demanding jobs represent one of the key patient groups for a new artificial disc from Fridley-based Medtronic. So, the company’s spinal division in Memphis, Tenn., launched a Spanish-language outreach, which includes a special Web site and a news release that quoted physicians with close ties to those patients in the U.S.
