Merck: High Court Reverses Ruling on Vioxx Reimbursements

Merck & Co. said Thursday the New Jersey Supreme Court has reversed a lower court ruling that granted nationwide class-action status to insurance companies and health maintenance organizations seeking reimbursement for Vioxx expenditures.
