Wyeth and Nycomed Say Court Rejects Preliminary Injunction Against Teva and Sun

Thursday evening, Madison, New Jersey-based Wyeth, a healthcare company along with its business partner Nycomed GmbH revealed the rejection of their motion for a preliminary injunction against Teva Pharmaceuticals USA, Inc. and Sun Pharmaceuticals Inc. seeking to prevent the launch of a generic version of Protonix or pantoprazole sodium prior to resolution of ongoing patent litigation between the parties.
