Physicians: Pharma Websites Missing Key Information (World of DTC Marketing)

In a survey, physicians indicated that product websites did not contain enough information that was easy for patients to understand. They also felt the websites did not adequately address the importance of doctors’ visits and follow-up appointments. “I expected that there would be some who felt that pharma product websites could be better but I was not prepared for the comments that indicated that pharma websites have a ‘long way to go,’” Meyer writes.
