Canadian Court Ruling May Lead Pfizer to Consider Neurontin Appeal

Pfizer is considering an appeal in a product liability suit over the epilepsy drug Neurontin after a Canadian court ruled the drugmaker can’t be
held responsible for injuries suffered by patients who took a generic version of the drug, but the court allowed a class action against the company to
proceed on separate claims.
