Campbell, California-based ZipLine Medical received China Food and Drug Administration approval and commercial availability of its Zip Surgical Skin Closure device in the country.
The Zip is a non-invasive wound closure device that replaces traditional sutures, staples and glue for surgical incisions and lacerations.
Zip surgical skin-closure devices are classified by the U.S. FDA as Class I, market approved and has received the CE Mark in addition to CFDA approval. — Cynthia Jessup
