A subcommittee of the House Energy & Commerce Committee will hold a roundtable discussion on the opioid crisis Thursday.

The Health Subcommittee, chaired by Rep. Michael Burgess (R-Texas), will lead the roundtable that follows three legislative hearings on the crisis.

Participants in the discussion will include the directors of advocacy groups, recovering addicts and those who have lost family members to addiction.
