Reva Medical received CE Mark approval for its Fantom Encore product line, a coronary bioresorbable scaffold.

The Encore’s strut profile is thinner than the Fantom, improving outcomes and ease-of-use without compromising strength or x-ray visibility.

The approval covers the Fantom Encore in 3.0 and 3.5 mm diameters, expanding approval past Reva’s second generation product line, Fantom, which had a 2.5 mm scaffold.
