See-Mode Technologies has received regulatory clearance in Australia for its Augmented Vascular Analysis (AVA) software.
The solution uses artificial intelligence to automatically analyze vascular ultrasound scans, which image a patients’ blood vessels to detect clots. The AVA software assesses a full vascular ultrasound scan in less than a minute, minimizing the need for manual assessments.
The software, which is used to help predict the stroke, received the FDA’s 510(k) marketing clearance last year.
