Eli Lilly said it will spend more than $1.5 billion to build new manufacturing facilities in Concord, N.C., and Limerick, Ireland.
Lilly plans to spend $1 billion to create an injectables and devices manufacturing hub in Concord. The company has had a foothold in the state since 2020, when it spent $470 million on a Research Triangle Park facility.
