Expert: Quality Agreements Should Be Negotiated First
Rather than negotiating a quality agreement after signing a supplier contract, which is usually the case, companies should settle the quality agreement first, Arvilla Trag, president of Midwest Consulting Services, said during a workshop at the FDAnews Supplier Quality Management Congress. By dealing with the quality agreement first, companies generally can save substantial review and approval time since they don’t have to go back and renegotiate the supplier contract, Trag added.
