The Division of Drug Marketing, Advertising and Communications (DDMAC), within the FDA’s Center for Drug Evaluation and Research (CDER), is supposed to ensure prescription drug information, whether it reaches its audience through television, print or the internet, is truthful, balanced and accurately communicated.
