Basilea Wins $130 Million in Dispute Over J&J’s Conduct of Pivotal Trials

An arbitration panel has ruled Johnson & Johnson (J&J) must pay Basilea Pharmaceutica $130 million to compensate for improperly conducted pivotal trials for the antibiotic ceftobiprole that Basilea says have prevented the drug’s approval.
