House Republican Plan Would Cut FDA Funding by $285 Million

Fiscal 2012 FDA appropriations would be cut by $285 million under a spending proposal passed May 24 in a unanimous vote by the House Appropriations Agriculture, Rural Development, FDA and Related Agencies’ Subcommittee.
