Defunct Victory Pharma to Pay $11.4M to Settle Kickback Claims
Defunct specialty drugmaker Victory Pharma reached a settlement with the U.S. government to resolve allegations that it paid plum kickbacks to physicians to boost prescriptions of its products. The $11.4 million settlement resolves federal, civil and criminal liability arising from the marketing scheme, which was made public after a former Victory sales representative cried foul.
