GlaxoSmithKline Plant Says Methane Leak Posed No Threat
GSK’s manufacturing site in Aiken, S.C., shut down Tuesday morning after higher-than-normal methane levels were detected in the plant’s sewer system. The drugmaker claims that the leak posed no threat to employees or to the surrounding community.
