Regulators in Japan approved Ischemaview’s RAPID imaging platform, allowing the ischemic stroke analyzer to be used in Japanese hospitals.

The platform can perform MRIs, CT perfusions and CT angiographies, and it includes a standardized score generator that enables physicians to easily share and discuss a patient’s condition.

The device creates color-coded maps of the brain and its regions, making it easier for physicians to interpret any ischemic changes in a patient.
