S.C. SUING DRUG COMPANIES FOR $40 MILLION
South Carolina is suing five pharmaceutical companies for $40 million, alleging the firms overcharged the state for prescription drugs financed through Medicaid and the State Health Plan of South Carolina. The suit will be filed in Richland County Circuit Court.
