The FDA has issued a warning letter to Bristol-Myers Squibb subsidiary ConvaTec for multiple violations of the agency’s Quality System Regulations (QSR) at ConvaTec’s manufacturing facility. The Skillman, N.J.-based plant manufactures the Sur-Fit Matura Durahesive Moldable Convex, the Sur-Fit Natura SH Wafer, Aquacel-AGHydrofiber dressing and the Active Life Cvx Drain Durahesive Pch.
