Generic Biologics Not All the Same, Drugmaker Says

Versions of biologic products should not be lumped together as a homogenous group, but rather placed into separate categories, depending on qualities such as structure and efficacy, because regulatory concerns regarding the complex products could delay the approval of the simpler products, one drugmaker said at a recent industry conference.
