House, Senate Call For Increased Generics Funding

Both the House and Senate are recommending more money for the FDA’s Office of Generic Drugs (OGD) than President Bush proposed in his fiscal 2007 budget, possibly preventing the agency from having to cut programs and impose user fees for generic drug applications.
