Michael Salonin has, in his estimation, tried every fad diet going. He manages to lose weight for a couple of weeks, sometimes months, but his weight always bounces back, and then some. Currently, he weighs 295 pounds, far too much for his 5-foot-10 frame. Mr. Salonin wants to lose 100 pounds.
