ALZHEIMER'S STUDY COMES TO MAYO
Mayo Clinic Jacksonville is part of a nationwide study on Alzheimer's disease
that could help identify effective treatments and cut the cost of clinical trials
by up to 50 percent. The Alzheimer's Disease Neuroimaging Initiative, funded
by the National Institutes of Health, is a $60 million effort to identify brain
and other biological changes associated with memory decline.
